Vada was made of smelly stale batter during peak lunch time on weekend. Service not prompt even for general lunch Thali. No Thali option which includes Appam, their signature bread

Average food Did not enjoy Starter was served after main course Sweet like juice was mainly sugar with barely any lemon Hamour fish fry had lost the taste of the fish Such a beautiful fish tasted like any other normal fish fry

One of the finest premium #appam one can eat here. There are many types of appams we can see here. Hot appams with Malabar chicken combination is awesome. Price is little premium but place is comfort to eat.

The manager there is an Idiotic creature..Never smiles, gives you looks like wants to kill you for entering the premises. They wont even help you with the WiFi password which is supposed to be for the customers, Try that out.,I was taken to the same place by my relatives agian, this time the manager wasn't there, I was happy, didn't even bother to ask for the WiFi password. The food we ordered was confirmed with us but never bought it to the table as we ordered (some dishes were missing) My nephews wanted Mango milkshakes as deserts, it took them 20 mins just even reach us back without the ordered item, we then cancelled the order and went elsewhere for desert. The last and the worst experience, there was a family there without any kids, but they were just very loud, you won't have a peaceful environment to eat with a family, there was nobody in there bothered to let them even know that. I sat in the vehicle with earphones without music just to experience silence. Really bad. Acres of scope for improvement.
I HAVE GIVEN 2 STARS TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR THE FOOD AND FOR FEW OF THE HARDWORKING EMPLOYES

Good:-
-Less crowded
-Easy Parking
-Waiters put on a smiley face
-Food is OK can't say the same about ppl.
Bad:-
-Very very Slow services or Lack of Staff
-Rude behaviour by Manager
-Very very noisy and no efforts taken to have a calm and customer friendly environment
(Carry cotton or listen to loud music.or simply yell STFU)
-You can order dinner along with deserts

Best restaurant in Dubai..I love their food especially the spice and flavors they mix/add for their dishes. What I liked the most is about their friendly and caring staffs..I feel the management is taking good care of them coz I saw all of them working with passion and not compulsion. Keep up the quality without any compromise.

Always wanted to visit this place as their name suggests to have Appam.
They have a huge seating capacity and we went there quite late as 11 PM. Ordered their Egg Appam, normal Appam, chicken chettinad, mango fish curry. Everything was good and Appams were crispy and fresh.
There is a huge parking space in front of Restaurant and if you are lucky enough, you would find some space for your car to park.response / report this review -

You have to go here for what its famous for. The appams. Do not try the north Indian dishes we were disappointed.
