No internet connection , and how can people live without internet these days
Its like living in the 19th century . People in DAMAC wont even tell you this when you want to rent or buy an apartment . Its shocking that they even have electricity

i'm changing my review because they finally fixed the damaged ceiling. anyhow, i'm still giving 1 star because there is no internet (Etisalat cabling work in progress). hopefully we get connection before i renew my contract next year, after 1st quarter.

Luxurious but badly damaged. I am the first tenant and I am glad because furnishings were really nice and new without the smell compared to previously occupied apartments. However, there were leakage in bathroom coming from the upper floor. Plus, if you take a bath the toilet gets flooded. Will I have to clean the toilet every time I took a bath? Such a hassle. This issue have been raised by the landlord since Feb 25, 2018, but not resolved till now, 25th Apr 2018. The Facilities Director gave me a word that they will fix it immediately, even at their own cost that is why I rented the place despite the damages (minor at that time). I pity the owners of this flat who's property depreciated in value even before occupying it. I found out this is not a minor issue, in order to fix it, they need more than a day to get to the root of the issue. They keep on sending contractors "to check". Again, they ask me they will send someone to "check". How bad can the contractor be even after several "checks" they cannot resolve the issue. Apparently, other tenants are experiencing the same problem according to the maintenance guys. In addition, the first time we use the washing machine, our kitchen gets flooded. Luxurious (?) but low quality.

The facility is nice, staffs are nice, they just need to do something with the internet connection. Moved here October 2016 and until now 2018 there is still no internet :/

it is an amazing home! only 2 major downsides:
- No services whatsoever in the area, closest grocery, shop, etc.. is at least 15-20 mins away.
- No landline(internet services)
