Great location, competitive prices, quality is on the low side.

I'm staying in Mazaya 10 B which is the part of Queue ponit. They're very poor in engineering or maintenance. Some times power failure and some times water line disconnection. No water in the line for more than 3 hours in the night after 10 pm. It's very discomfort if there's no water in the line.

no facilities no grocery no mosque. you are literally living in the middle of desert. for small chores you will need to go to nearby silicon oasis on car. also the exit to the area is very difficult in rush hours as there is only single lane entry exit and therefore long queues.

Nice place and area. But there is No service available there such as grocery, mini Mart or even a pharmacy!

Large, reasonably priced flats. However no amenities, and if your in the wrong part of queue point then there's loud 24/7 construction noise.
