  Very Nice place.
  The big thing to dislike is in the big place there is only one small prayer room that too a porta cabin one.

  A very nice community in Dubai, well served with a nice community center , a huge swimming pool and several green areas.

  Very nice community with easy access to main roads. I was a bit worried about the power line proximity, but I performed magnetic field testing and the results were safe. Affordable villas with large community pool and a nice gym. Maintenance is effective through Dubai Property.
  I can highly recommend as a quiet place to live with greenery.

  A newly developed community close to Arabian Ranches and Sustainable City. The community is 10 to 15 minutes drive away from Mall of Emirates. Find is a Taxi is not easy, so its advise to use Uber or RTA Call Taxi. It cost approx AED 60 to reach MOE.

  I got to know this beautiful community while visiting my brother who lives there. It's an awesome community, organized, safe and very well taken care of. The pool and play area are clean and on high standards.
