We had organized an outdoor annual staff party for our company. The venue is ideal for an out door function during cooler months. The food was good and the staff were attentive. The hotel property is also impressive with its long corridors. The theme is of course the horses. Paintings, statutes, livery is all matching.

Luxury hotel with good quality products used all over the hotel. Nice view from most rooms. Very friendly staff. Didn’t have time to look at the pool. The only issue is the restaurant buffet does not offer wide variety of food during breakfast and lunch.

No doubt, this is a clean and classy place. Staff here is friendly and supper helpful. RIGS polo club known for holding polo contests and i was pleased to watch one from my room while am thereit is a new great exlerience.
However, it is very expensive compared to the service you will get and far location. The service you get is most likey the one you can get in average 3 stars hotels.
1_location is far (cost around 80 Derham one way to downtown)
2_No extension for room service ,housekeeping nor reception !! Only operator _and waiting waiting time 6-10 minutes.

Bad experience to be honest
Late room service ! As we didn't had any cleaning service through the stay !
The sound of the music is clearly heard in the room n we were unable to sleep
The food was not as a sant Regis standard lever
The pasta was sticky n the breakfast was toooo little in fact we barely had things in the dish although the price was pretty high!
Hopefully the work on there services as they took a long time to proved any service although the hotel was barely occupiedresponse / report this review -

Most taxi drivers however didn't know the place and kept getting lost.

The only good thing about this place was the huge villa, it’s a shame they had a really bad service. The villa wasn’t cleaned properly most of the lights didn’t work. And it’s wasn’t my first time coming here and I KNOW the checkout is at 1 and yet they told me to leave at 12! It was a total ripoff.

Luxury property. You will fall in love with horses after seeing them. Buffet spread is not so huge but is of good taste and quality. Worth seeing the property as it takes you to the medeivial age.

Good spanish dishes, tried coca bread and octopus for appetizers. Seafood Paella for main course. Attentive staff and outdoor seating was really nice.

Great and elegant hotel, location is somewhat off the grid though, staff is attentive and polite, breakfast service takes hours though. Spanish tapas bar is a real treat in the evenings. Pool and spa are Devine and very exclusive with great house music for pool guests at a reduced volume to be able to relax.

We booked villa of 4 bedrooms with private swimming pool. It was really great. But the service was very slow , and the hotel is located in a very far area of the center of dubai.

The hotel is brand new, yet it is functioning great.The rooms are spacious and have all the amneties that you would expect in a loxurious brand like the St Regis.The staff is kind and profesional and despite being a busy day, they promptly take care all the requests you might have.
