It’s very bad experience there was cake included in our deal and they lied and excused us that it’s currently not available but I found available in their facility.

There is nothing for entertainment just a small type of hall where they kept all ice made animal and other stuff and lightening. The costume they provided was very badin short it’s a waist of time and money to visit them..

Great for older kids to enjoy and to take fun family photos. Hot chocolate is delicious, but not much food on the menu. Perhaps too cold to enjoy a meal anyway!

The best part is having a cup of coffee while seating on the chair made of ice in sub zero temperature. Not recommended for kids as they won't feel comfortable in this temperature. You will find different landmarks made of ice here such as burj khalifa, Eiffel tower etc.

Very small area. One can have fun though. Drinking hot chocolate inside the ice room gives good feel.

The first Sub zero lounge in the middle east. The only place where you can experience a Sub zero temperature in Dubai. Hot chocolate is included in the ticket and that's for the better. They serve snacks and dessert and also provide the jacket with gloves. Worth the visit.

Extremely cold, I wasn't expecting that much cold but yes it was full of fun specially hot chocolate, if you tired of hot weather in Dubai go there and make yourself chill.

Nice place to hang around in dubai. It's a small place with ice sculptures. Individual ticket cost dhs.80/- per head where as family ticket cost dhs. 210/- 2 adult and 2 kids. You can choose either hot chocolate or tea which is included in the package. Suggested to go with full pant and shirt, as they provide only jacket gloves, cap and shoe.

Chillout Dubai a place never visit prince Hamdàn al Maktoum

Of course Dubai would lay claim to the Middle East's first ice bar.

(The city already has a mega indoor ski resort.)

Even though the ice bar has been around since 2007, it underwent a major overhaul last year.

Left all your warm gear at home? No worries, since not only does it provide warm coats, but gloves, shoes, and socks too.

If you can stand the chill for beyond one drink (included in the admission price) there's also the option to order light fare such as soup and sandwiches.

Or opt for a hot chocolate and rejoice in the fact that the deep freeze is temporary.

Nice place to chillout with your friends or family its a small room with ice sculptures, ice seating and tables. Never try their hot chocolate though its terrible , made me sick .. Entry fee is 80 Dhs now , staff are not so friendly they hardly look at you and not smiling at all as if we are entering their personal room without permission, lol. Also they dont ask if you need gloves or shoes and just hand you whatever they think you will be needing which is little disappointing.

The Chillout Ice Lounge is a wonderfull experience! You can experience -6 degrees in the middle of the desert. Upon entry you pay 75AED and receive proper clothing such as a coat, gloves, boots and a hat. They don't have pants so keep this in mind when you plan on visiting the lounge. The entry fee also includes a beverage. The lounge isn't very big but it's full of ice sculptures where guests can sit on and take pictures with

Waste of money. So far the worst experience I have had in Dubai. Lady at the reception said we could easily spend 45mins inside. Whereas it took us hardly 7-8mins to see the room. It was so small! And then just because we had spent a good amount and had to stay inside for some time, we ordered hot chocolate and green which was cold and too sweet.
I seriously consider it a waste of money!

Really cool place to visit for a different temperature. The clothes keep you really warm and the price includes a hot chocolate. You can get some snacks inside like kebabs or frozen popcorn. Cool sculptures inside to see and chill out in the lounge.

Good for a change, however, it's a bit overpriced for such a small room. I do appreciate the family discount though. You get a coat, socks, and shoes/boots near the reception. You get served either hot chocolate or tea. Not much place to move around, you can take pictures. It's okay. Went on a Friday: the place was quite busy. I recommend that the owner reduces the ticket price to exclude drinks, and instead make it more like a cafe within, in which there's a menu and customers can order the drink they like in addition to food.
