  I had the most amazing experience during my massage appointments regardless with receptionist, with different massuer's indian shelly, jayesh and the Filipion Michael. Did not get a chance with Ratheesh yet :-(. They really understand the customer well and will regularly ask if the pressure applied is ok or needs to be changed. Post massage they would always have the courtesy if you require any water/tea and whether the massage was fine.
  
  Only bad experience was during facials by nose skin got burnt due to overheating and will recommend to tak extreme care as its very sensitive skin. It took me 2-3 weeks for the skin to heal from the black patches.
  
  Thirdly would appreciate if you'll give discounts for clients who come to you'll for more than 2 4years of . There should be some special discounts for patron members. Coz the market is very competetive and you should not loose such patron members.

  I had a great experience and great massage. I actually preferred the massage table they had more than other tables I have had before. I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about! Yes shower after is great as well.

  i stead of relaxing i got my blood pressure rising as the receptiinist blame me on the incomplete bioking detail name Arman with other 2 filipino boys playing o. thier mobile while at work
  
  I came a day before for a massage but was told it is only ladies avalable i told them i need a man and a schedule of 930 is avalable and with a thai guy asked for another nationality and they said Indian. but only the next day. decided to come back the next day and book the schedule. but whe i came the next dayi arrived and was led to the massage room. i asked if its an indian guy and they are shocked telling me its chinese so i was confused because it was booked properly the day before i asked them to check again as i doubt since they actually are busy playing games on thier phone they guy who booked yesterday came and whats more depressing is that he blamed me for the wrong booking entry. i doubt as the other guy was considering me as walk in.. this experience is very bad.
  
  few days after i filed a complain the manager came back to me with proper explaination and the promise to improve service. it is very professional and now i consider it with class i will try again and hope this time i will experience as i expect them to deal the client more seriously. everone need a chance to improve this establoshment is serious in improving service more probably

  Regardless of the service. They are not professional at all about what they are doing. I went for a full legs waxing and the therapist did a good job until clearing my hair, then he kept touching my private parts trying to arouse me. I tried to go to my clothes but he kept making excuses that the session was not done yet. He should have immediately left the room when I went for my clothes. I was weak, afraid and shaking. He kept touching me and hugged me from the back. I felt violated. This is not ok. I complained to the front desk after getting to a safe place and they completely denied the incident. I attempted to report them to police. I will report them to my embassy as well. Never again.

  Massage and body scrub were good
  However the facial was not good, the therapist was't so gentle while removing black heads
  It left marks in my nose for few days !

  The place is nice, the staff polite but their main masseuse has left - hence the deep tissue massage no is nothing more than a plain gentle massage. The extremely thin walls also add a nuisance factor if you happen to have a noisy neighbour!

  Absolutely fantastic - had package 4, the Massage, Scrub and Facial at the Business Bay Branch on the 7th June 2017. Brilliant service, professional Masseuse (I believe Raheesh was his name). Would definitely love to return again. Also the receptionist was really friendly and helpful too! Thank you!

  This is a very average spa. You get what you pay for: reasonable price, reasonable service. I had the head, neck, shoulders massage plus the full back massage--90 minutes total. The masseuse was good, but the chair and table were not. Investing in a proper massage chair (not an office chair) and a comfortable face rest for the table, will go a long way to improving the quality of the massage.
  
  Plus: Only 10 minutes from the airport. Hot shower afterwards is also very nice.
