  Don't believe the positive reviews. These movers are very unprofessional and not responsive to phone calls and emails. Waited for months to get cargo delivered from Dubai to Mumbai and weeks to get it unpacked. In fact am still waiting for them to unpack.
  
  The Mumbai agents were asking to pay for Duty when this was already paid for in Dubai. It's been a headache dealing with the Mumbai agents. The Dubai office has no control over their Mumbai agents and both the Dubai and Mumbai agents are not responsive.

  I paid them to transport my 8 boxes fpr repatriation and I foundd my boxes broken and items missing. When I asked for an explanation, they told me to contact Fedex as they had taken over the transfer once it reached my country. However Fedex told me that in case of compensation, I would need the approval of another company to get it under my name. So they used intermediaries and after that no more answers.
  
  I do not recommend!!

  They are the best at what they do. Unbeatable rates without compromising on quality. Moving out in dubai is always usually a hassle for when you are with your family but with these guys, i didnt have to worry about a thing. Will recommend 10/10

  Brightlink really helped in our move, wouldn’t have been possible without them. From the initial days of survey to shipping our items, they’ve been pro active in their response and approach. It’s an exceptionally difficult time too with restricted movement, but with their help it was possible for us to move our home from Dubai to Canada! Thank you team👍

  We have used them to move our flat within Dubai, price is reasonable compared to quality of Service they provide. Have to admit Raqeeb and his team has done a great job!
