We have moved many times in our 30 years overseas and these guys are the best we have ever seen. They arrived on time, and just couldn't do enough for us. Everything was packed with such care that when they put my books back on the shelves the books were in the same places! They took such great care to make sure nothing was damaged, and the supervisor ran a great team.
We also loved the fact that they were using a huge amount of recyclable material all of which was taken away with them, followed by a final sweep down that left our new home clean and smart.
Great job guys!

What a nightmare!
It is assumed that when you go for a top name and pay top dollar, that you get great service.. not with delight!
I paid a good 2 k above market price and moreover excluded large number of appliances and furniture from the move which is supposed to make it even easier and faster.
However what has transpired in reality was a painfully slow service and reluctance to do any effort. Constantly looking for excuses to stop the work and go home.
Moving is already stressful and when you have such a reluctant provider as delight it becomes a true nightmare. Several calls every day to supervisor/manager to get the basics right.
In short if you have a lot of time and money that you want to burn on a house move, go for delight but if you are busy and want good value, find some other efficient mover (there are plenty).
If you do however go with them, don't make the mistake of paying full amount upfront and make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction before completing the payment.response / report this review -

Communication was nice and quick.
The guys arrived on time. Plenty of packing materials were brought and all furniture was decently packed and protected to prevent damage. The packing was better than when buying the furniture new.
A lot of movers were brought in and everything got packed and moved in a short time.
On my new address they were the same: very quick and careful.
Very nice and friendly people.
All in all definitely worth the price and it was a great experience.

Lucky to had Delight international movers for my house shifting inside the Dubai on 14th Oct 2022. Highly professional and friendly approaches were the highlights of them. Detailed survey and organized activities were excellent. Old flat was well cleaned by them on request. Unpacking, positioning of all the materials were done elegantly at the New flat. End of the day no damage to any items. So happy and Thanks to Mr Shankar Ram - Marketing Manger, Mr Antony (Supervisor) and their team members for their very well coordinate work.

Hari and the team were exceptional! I am so impressed with their level of professionalism, speed and kindness in the unpacking of our 165 boxes from London. The entire service from start to finish was exceptional. Everything arrived safe and they went the extra mile in clearing out boxes, rebuilding furniture and moving our heavy stuff around.

I had to store a few things while I was out of country for a few months for work purpose. Through some research I found Delight offered Storage services too apart from relocation. I had a quick phone call with their team and all needed details. They also made sure I met someone from their team in person to clarify any worries I had. Seeing their involvement I decided I'll go with them. Am so very happy that I stored my things with them! My things have been perfectly safe with them! They look exactly how I'd last seen them. Great job Delight! Thank you.

it was our first shift in 10 years and I was worried as we had quite a lot of things to be packed and shipped. While looking for packers and movers, I had a couple of friends refer Delight and I saw their reviews and decided to get an estimate from them. Right from responding to that message, till setting up things in our new place, they were there with us in every step of the way. I'm so happy we chose Delight for our shift. We felt at ease throughout the process with Delight on our side.

We were relocating and our Packers&Movers said they wont be able to transport our cars. That's when we started to look out for someone who could help us transport our cars from Qatar to Dubai. We found Delight at the right moment. Our cars were transported in the most safe way possible and they were delivered in the said date and time without any hassles. I'd recommend them for any of you who are looking for domestic vehicle transportation.

Their office in Doha made my relocation . When I received my boxes . I realized that alot of boxes are with empty space to increase cubic meters and charge more .

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, rude and a bunch of liars. With those few words you could describe 'Delight Movers', one of the best moving companies in the Gulf region, as they claim. This review should be seen as a warning to everyone who considers to hire 'Delight Movers' for their next move.
'Delight Movers' was chosen from my company as one of the moving companies for the relocation of hundreds of families within Dubai.
At the day of the move they came to our house and the first thing we noticed was that the crew wasn't wearing 'Delight Movers' shirts which we found awkward and after asking why, we where told by the crew supervisor that they actually weren't permanent staff, they where hired only for this move and that the actual 'Delight Movers' packers where at another move performed for a big oil company which the management rated as a higher value customer (as a reminder my company had to relocated about 700 families!!!)
Every time the crew had to pack something which was already damaged, we where politely informed by the supervisor about the damage, which was nice of them. But what they forgot to inform us about was the damages they inflicted to our things, due to unprofessional handling or damages occurred during the transportation to the new house.
Two persons came to take pictures of the damaged items in a period of five months!!! and the management was still not able to find a solution.
My emails are no longer answered, my calls completely ignored and if by mistake someone picks up the phone in the office they find excuses, lie or simply hang up on me.
The requests for an appointment to meet the so called management or the coordinator or whatever title they came up with the few times I managed to speak with someone from 'Delight Movers' was of course ignored.
In retrospect it was a very bad decision to give them the job and I have to give 'Delight Movers' a star because otherwise I can not post the review. Be aware and reconsider if you plan to hire them, you might end up with a lot of trouble and very rude and uncooperative people.

I am completely disappointed from the intentional mistake to add more measurement for my boxes to claim more money. This is a dirty way to run business. Please don't fall in this trap when dealing with delight movers
