Loved the rooms! So beautiful and spacious. The private pool is huge for suite standards and breathtaking with the desert scenery! Highly recommended if you are looking for a remote getaway that is not too far from the city! The spa was great too!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the service was very slow. Check-in was at 3 pm and took more than a hour and another 45 mins until our bags arrived. By that time the sun had almost set and there was hardly enough time to enjoy the pool or the outdoor activities. The hotel fire alarm system went off more than 4 times during our stay. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience overall and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely incredible. Enjoy a weekend at the spa, cycling around the resort, horse riding, nature.walking or relaxing in your private pool! Perfect staycation destination!

Amazing place and great staffs. Must see, Al Wadi Tower - beautiful view from the top and they have free roaming wildlife. The Banyan Tree is a must visit spot, closed for renovations- believe it to be more better.

Lovely villa resort in the midst of sand dunes. Huge property with every luxury you can expect of a Ritz Carlton. Very courteous staff, eco friendly (cars not allowed inside) electric buggies and cycles available. Great cuisine, chef customizes as per requirement and lots of leisure activities. Every villa has its own private pool.

A peaceful resort in the middle of the desert great villas and kind staff. There is something for everyone and they even have a star gazing pavillion with an astronomer to help you gaze! Plenty of animals and activities and shows. The Farmhouse steakhouse has great food. The spa area is fantastic as well! Had a great time! *great for families as well as couples!

This hotel has alot going for it Its got stunning natural beauty and some of the best hospitality staff I have dealt with however the management of the hotel I felt was lacking and if you are Marriott/Starwood Platinum guests you will not receive much recognition here like you may at other properties. The rooms it's self our stunning and spacious but lack privacy if you are a family with older kids as there's only one bathroom in all villas and you need to go through the main bedroom to get to them in the Rimal Villas and the Tent Villas everyone is sleeping in the same room. Food options are good and the prices are OK cosndiering you are in a relatively remote resort. The day to say staff however has been the biggest positive I have met countless individuals who have gone above and beyond and always with a smile especially Anower who was exceptional with us and stayed beyond his duty hours one day to help my wife with something.

Overall its a nice break from any city life and has a uniqueness but try not to go with too many expectations.

The decor was amazing as was the surroundings. The food was only average. The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the organization was lacking. Check-in and check-out were extremely slow and tedious. Expected much more with The Ritz Carlton name.

This is the most wonderful place I have ever visited. Tented villas are amazing and full privacy is guaranteed! I would definitely recommend this place, and would be a pleasure to go there again!

Luxury property featuring what are most probably the best accommodation in the desert being a villa only experience.

If you are looking for total relax while enjoying stunning desert view in full luxury, this is the place to visit.

Nevertheless, restaurant menu should be dramatically improved and the overall experience is still far from what you expect from Ritz.

Worst service ever encountered on earth!

We booked a villa to celebrate our wedding anniverdary. We waited 40 minutes at the restaurant The Farm House without being served. We tried to talk to the manager who ignored us and ended leaving without eating.

Stayed in this resorts couple of times. Accommodation is so we'll laid out and nicely designed. The back office staff are so helpful specially Mr. Joseph. Who is so helpful. The room service and house keeping service is OK.

Secluded Al Sahari Villa is great to relax in your own private pool. Ritz Carlton is going to do some enhancements till October 2017. So worth going after that

Been before but not as good this time. Cleanliness not so good. Stains on carpets and bathroom not very clean at the walls. Positive, friendly staff, food okay, large room with individual private pool.

I am here today. The service is very poor even at the Breakfast. Buggy service is very late. No response at all. The options in the Lunch & Dinner are very bad against the value we paid. Our family do not like and we never come back. I would not recommend to any one to go here

Quiet romantic private place in the wild dessert with friendly staff.

This place is truly magical. In the middle of the desert. The service is impeccable and the activities there are great for both couples and family with children. I highly recommend it and I suggest booking the tented villas.
They have three types of villas all with private swimming pool.
