Amazing hotel for a short vacation.. this is my 3rd year coming to this place & definitely will come back again.
It’s very kids friendly , they added the splash area where the water slides 🛝, my son enjoyed it so much.
The room is very neat & spacious.
Room service, house keeping, the breakfast, everything was amazing.

This hotel is simply amazing! We fully enjoyed our stay. The reception is beautiful with the most welcoming staff and such a good smell. The service and food quality at the pool area was exceptionally good. A beautiful ambiance as well. Our room was cleaned so well by the maintenance team- literally everything organized so well! The spa and the facilities are exceptional! Saunas, steam room, jacuzzis!! Rooms have balconies with the most beautiful view! The best burgers too! Simply loved it!

Absolutely beautiful experience. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness, everything was spot on.
They made my wife's birthday really special.
The breakfast was amazing, so much variety to choose from. My kids had an awesome time. The pool also has slides for the kids. I will definitely come again. Such a memorable experience!

This hotel came with the full package from the outstanding hospitality to the delectable food and great facilities. I would encourage anyone ( whether it be solo , couple or families) to come to this exceptional hotel. My family and I absolutely adored and just loved our experience here and believe me when I tell you it’s nothing like you’ve ever been to before . If I could I would give this hotel infinite stars, because everything was just amazing. The food , for starters, was so delicious. The diverse array of cuisines and foods really suited our palettes. Overall our experience in this hotel was beyond enticing and I would 2000% recommend anyone to come visit this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the property. They have a small water park for kids which our daughter loved and indoor play area which has good amount of toys and she loved exploring all toys. Rooms are big and very spacious. We were in deluxe king room (sea view with balcony) and this category has the biggest balcony and best view. The lights in the room were perfect. Check in and check out was quick and in room dining food was super tasty.

Excellent hotel . Good facilities . Courteous staff.
I don't travel with toothbrush , tooth paste, mouth wash. Having booked a Junior Suite sea view I would have hoped it would be in the bathroom. Have to request it. There is a box for shoe cleaning which is complimentary . You are supposed to put shoes in a bag and call Concierge. No bag!
What is the difference between sea view and sea facing rooms.

What a wonderful stay! This is indeed a luxury hotel, with great service and very nice rooms. All rooms seem to hav a large balcony, many of them with see view. Breakfast is excellent as well, variety of food is great. There is indeed nothing to complain.

Location is certainly a little bit in the middle of nowhere (80km from Dubai), therefore it is advisable to rent a car. You can rent it in the mall nearby (2km away), prices are moderate.

The most luxurious hotel in RAK.

Pros: Their services are excellent, everything you’ll need is nearby, their staff are well trained, the hotel is private and quite and the location of the hotel is perfect.

Cons: It’s very expensive and everything around the hotel is expensive too. But it’s understandable since it’s a luxurious hotel.

Great place with lovely service. Every small detail is in top. Staff very attentive. The restaurants and bars serves only high quality products. A lot of available sunbeds and cabanas. 2 nice separate pool areas (adult/family) and a nice clean beach. Everything just in top.

Amazing experience we were given a small room with 2 single beds and asked if we would like to upgrade. We said its OK. The room was huge with 2 double beds and a fantastic view of the city. So glad we didn't upgrade. We couldn't be happier with the room given or staffs help.

Fantastic Hotel
Very nice resort with very huge balcony and a very huge rooms. Very comfortable beds with clean rooms and friendly staff plus their service is excellent. Good for people who love beaches and swimming pools.

Good service, good facilities, kids club is not as accommodating as Astoria on the palm particularly for older kids, it's a bit babyish. Good selection of water sports. Family pool is large and in my opinion better than the palm. Less cosmopolitan here, more reserved and quiet. There is no lounge facility here.

One of the best resorts I have visited in the UAE. Beautiful rooms, great big pool, wonderful staff and very convenient location. There is a mall right next to the hotel with supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. Everything you might need.

The place is beautiful. Service is excellent. Although we had a hot water outage for a couple of hours, but the staff was quick to compensate us with a freebie! Will definitely come again.

Fantastic hotel but very poor customers management!!
I and my husband we are customer of this hotel for the second year.
We have the recreation membership for Waldorf Astoria of Ras Al Khaimah.
It is not the first time that the hotel was completely booked and no one warned by mail or by message the customer with the annual membership.
Also when they closed the beach for one month in July and August no one sent a message. I paid the access to the beach for 12 months and not for 11.
Last week I went to the hotel to go to the beach and to the gym and the security told me that it was not possible because the hotel was completely booked for a wedding.
I think that is not professional, because if I been aware of the situation I could have busy my day in another manner, but being in the dark of everything, I went to the hotel and they told me that I could not get in.
I believe that if it will does happen again, I will not suggest your structure anymore to my colleagues or friends and furthermore I'll don't renew my card again in the coming year.
It’s very easy to send an email some days before to all customers with membership card because we are registered inside the database.
In addition, there was no mention of this possibility of overbooking when I had subscribed the contract.

Absolutely fantastic. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We got a surprise cake one morning as it was our 2nd anniversary. We could have only wished to be able to stay longer!! We will be returning!

Amazing luxury hotel. I love the hotel at night due to its lighting. It has a gladiator look. You get good options of restaurant to choose from. Their interior is amazing and their staff gesture is outstanding. I would love to visit them again n again.

well done up interiors. staff is very helpfull and kind. check in was done on time. rooms were spaciuos for a family of 4. swimming pool could have been bigger for the size of the hotel with some more water activities inside the pool for kids. overall very good place.

Stunning hotel. The rooms, in keeping with Waldorf standards, are huge and well appointed. Extremely comfortable bed with decent bedding and blankets. All conveniences including coffee machines and two huge TVs. The wardrobe area has a built-in dressing table which is very handy. Bathroom has both shower and bath tub and everything functions well. Toiletries are Ferragamo branded. Hotel feels airy and spacious thanks to clever use of light atriums. Walking to your room does not feel like walking in a corridor of doors. Staff are friendly and responsive. Outdoor amenities include a huge swimming pool (any swimming pool with its own bridge to cross from one side to another is impressive in my book) and tennis courts. Ras Al Khaimah is a bit of a trek from Dubai and there really is not much around the hotel but if you don't mind sticking to the confines of this impressive hotel, there's a lot to recommend and almost nothing to dislike.
