Brought my 4 Series GC to this shop for a bumper scratch, they worked their magic in a record time and brought the bumper back to its original condition. They also made my back rims look like new again as there was minor damage on them. Not to mention the extremely reasonable price paid for both jobs. The staff and manager are friendly and professional and exceeded my expectations. Special mention for MK for his outstanding professionalism and friendliness, he came all the way from the body shop to my home in downtown to drive the car to the body shop and brought me and the car back home safely as I did not have the driving licence at the time.They provided a free car wash after work completion. I will most definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and come back anytime I need to.

Went here to repair alloy rims. Selected garage based on reviews. Certainly did not disappoint. Great service, good price and a very nice an personal treatment! If I ever need a repair again, wont hesitate and return.

I would highly recommend this garage. I was absolutely amazed with the professionalism and politeness of the staff. My problem was dealt with thoroughly and swiftly as possible. They are highly competent in the field and truly care about customer service. I had a lovely gentleman who referred himselves as MK who not only provided me with mental reassurance but also went the extra mile to accommodate my circumstances. MK waited over an hour and half after the garage had closed in his own time to help me. Overall I am exceptionally satisfied with the car work and also with their service.

Top class job. Paint-less dent repair on a very challenging part of the car, preserving original paint. Wheel rim refurbishment also top notch, even patched up some minor chips and scrapes as a favour. Really happy with results, well priced too

They are the place to go in Dubai if you’re looking for any type of smart repair.

I’ve done paint less dent removal and rims years ago there with perfect results.

This time I did the roof liner and a small crack under the front bumper. The pictures speak for themselves.

I was also pleased to know that the company is still owned and managed by a British family, and just like their staff, they provide excellent customer service. They also have a mobile facility for some jobs and they can arrange pick up and delivery from your door for convenience.

Great Service
I had a lot of small scratches and small dents from parking incidents in tight places and one large dent from a car park post that got in my way! The service ARS gave was excellent. Clear quotation and very fair and open pricing policy. Very professional work. Good customer service. I recommend them very highly and should I need the service again - absolutely I will go back. Very satisfied.

I went to automotive repair systems to see if they could remove a big yellow scratch mark from the side of my van, i was greeted with very welcoming people who seen to me straight away, within 15 minutes the side of the van was restored back to normal from their professional team, would absolute recommend this repair centre to anyone! I was thrilled with the work I had done - wheel rims painted, some minor dings sorted out and a cosmetic upgrade. The service is terrific, Marco, Donnie and the team are all brilliant. Honestly, I was nervous about having the rims painted - I wasn't sure if they would look like they had been resprayed. They don't - they look as good as new and as if they were meant to be this colour. This is because a. the team works hard to colour match, and b. they respray expertly. Superb all round and heartily recommended.

Good place to fix scratches and dings in your car they charge you a per panel amount. Took my car in to get rid of a few dings and scratches and a scratched rim. They told me the car would be ready by the end of the day and i reached just before closing time. They were trying to finish the car up asap. I had no problem to wait. Once done i felt the door handles were a little rough on the inside section. I understand the machine doesn't go behind the handles to polish it but you could have taped it so fresh paint doesn't go there (anyways he tried his best and i left a happy customer) Was advised not to clean the car for a day or so and i went for a wash only after 2 day. A lot of idk white cement or primer? what was in the area of the painted sections in the gaps and was difficult to remove. I noticed a spot which looked quite dry on the painted area and realized they might have missed a spot to polish. A week later i took the car in and met the person i dealt with and showed him the area he said its a 2 min job and fixed it with the polish. The same moment there was a guy that came out of the office and talked rudely to me as if i was free loading from their supplies and getting a job done free of cost when in reality i went there to fix a job they dint complete. I really dint want to write this review and don't want to give them lower than 3 stars. But i was extremely disappointed with the brit that came in after and ruined the experience for me.

These guys are literately the best. I never experienced such high quality services from all aspects in Dubai. I contacted them for a quote for my GOLF GTI door Damage and front wing deep scratches and they have responded in the same day with a competitive price. Went next day and they welcomed me with a smile. Surprisingly, my car was ready the next day in unbelievably new condition.I had some other concerns and they were happily to take care of it immediately and without extra cost even!. highly recommended for everyone, no matter what is the issue u are having. AMAZING WORK! We took a BMW that had scratches on the fender .. a couple of hours there were none anymore thanks to ARS :) The team is very professional and the work is top-notch in terms of quality and speed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to make a car look brand new
