Very bad experience. They offered Vitamin-D tests for a good price on their facebook page. Vitamin-D test is generally not covered by insurance however once I have visited the hospital they asked me to visit a Doctor first. I told them that I don't have have any sickness why should I visit a Doctor, I just need a routine Vitamin-D test. However they kept insisting that I have to visit a doctor for no reason. Perhaps this is how they want to earn more money. Of course my insurance can pay the Doctor fee, but why should I asked them pay for no reason?

A well reputed health facility center, Al Raha hospital, a beautiful building with helping and professional staff. First 5 floors consists about health facilities and above residential floors, outside valet parking available.

from my experience, the service they will give you is poor and unprofessional
Hint: "you ask for particular booking time, you will be served after an hour or more, and then supposed to be your turn, someone will suddenly barge in and insist, sad part they get served before you

I would say zero star rating to this hospital. They don't even seeing the emergencies. Keep a 11 month old kid waiting for more than 1.5 hours, since they have only one pediatric doctor for all. Dont go for any emergency. Poor care about patients. Zero.zero zero rating.

For people living in Al Markaziyah Area, this hospital is a nice quick fast track option. I have experience here in the last 8 years with GP, with my kids in pediatrics + ENT and i found in all these cases doctors competent and staff helping as well.

I went to Dr Neema (GP probably) and the amount of positive energy and can-do attitude along with good listening skills made me and my wife amazed at her. Very short waiting time and overall good experience.

This is the worst hospital, I've ever seen in my life. Inappropriate management, bad customer service and no token system. I waited for my turn over 3 hours.

I come here only for treating my baby boy's fever in Paediatric Dept. Dr Ashishi and Dr. Tanveer they helped a lot , patient explainations to help me udnerstanding the sickness and treatment, serious atitude makes our parents really at ease . Little Baby is just 8 months old , but got three times fever already , worries a lot to be a parent . Facilities are very good enough and nurses are so friendly to my baby . I have to thank everyone of them including Parmacy , staffs are really good too .

A little Bit difficult with Parking eventhough they have a Lot of Parking spaces there ..
Service is ok.
Waiting time in spite of an appointment is a bit Long Bit Stil ok. Aprocimatly 15 Minutes each time we have Been there.
Reasonable price and Dr. Salma is a very good, Patient and Friendly doctor. Very nice to Meet her and took Care very well for my wife.

Customer service center don't attend the call specially at evening time. Mostly I have been waited more than 7 minutes on call. They provide good health services. But need some changes to satisfy the patients.
