I would like to commend the staff named Bindhu Alex for her great assistance. She is very friendly and kind. And also to Dr. Sumi Thomas who is very accommodating and a highly recommended reproductive medicine specialist. She answered most of my queries. But most importantly they are very knowledgable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

Not committing to their time schedule. I drived 3 hrs for appointment at 2:30 I arrived 2:20 and now is 3:20 and still we are waiting for the doctor until now. Last time we spent 90 mins to see the doctor even after pre-booked appointment. No respect for the patient. Unqualified doctors and nurses. Always very loud chitchats from the nurses as if you are in cafeteria.

Dr. Eshrak Alattar, best OG and a doctor I've ever met. Along my pregnancy journey, she took very good care of me not only as a doctor but also as a family member. Her level of caring, treating and motivation is exceptional and consistent from beginning until now. I recently had Sugery with Dr. Eshrak Alattar. I was very nervous bcoz it was my first surgery ever in my life. Before surgery she said "We're your family now, we will be taking very good care of you, Don't worry and relax". I feel so relax, secure and peace of mind as if I saw my family. Thank you so much Dr. Eshrak Alattar & team for the successful surgery and taking good care of me all the time. Also special shout out to the nurse who took care of me while I was in recovery. Thank you Reena Matthew, she was very kind,polite and cheering me so that I won't feel alone.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Eshrak Alattar (Specialist Obstetric Gynocolgy) as she is the exceptional and the best in what she do.😊

My experience in this facility was horrible. They have no respect to their customers. After booking an appointment with the doctor I preferred they called 3 weeks later to cancel it with the silliest excuse (doctor don't want to see new patient).. Excuse me why didn't u or she say that when I booked the appointment 3 weeks ago, later to fix it the Force to book an appointment with another doctor and dare to ask u to come 15 min before ur appointment but they miss to tell u that the doctor has OT and she will be an hour late 7 patients were waiting after the closing hours and u can imagine the quality of care given to them. Seriously they don't even deserve a one star..

I dont like it at all.For almost one year they does not help for us ,but they promise .They are not organized at all!!!!Doctors dont want work at all,all the time they take vacation .I not recommended this hospital!!!

Kseniya all private hospitals clinics have complain boxes where you can write up about your expirience and leave your complains or suggestions. You must always read up the receptionists name which must be on her right or left chest as a logo and ask the receptionist to call a supervisor or a manager next time you notice any disrespect or sarcasm towards yourself. Talk to a manager or supervisors before leaving a complaint. Then quietly take your time waiting for nurse to call your name. Give the all details about her name to a supervisor. You should be heard.

Unfortunately, have to leave a bad review of this place. I visited Health Plus at Al Bandar which was great, both doctors and customer service; then in al Raha and Al Karamah. Recently scheduled an appointment to see the doctor, which has been rescheduled for two weeks by girl at reception calling me and telling the doctor can't see me. Finally today they called me and girl from reception told me i can come by 3p.m. because the doctor will be only up till 3 (though my appointment she scheduled for me yesterday was supposed to be at 3:30p.m. I said i can come at 1:30p.m. which i did; they registered me at reception as i came. Waited for 1 hour.I decided to ask when will doctor see me. The girl said I have to wait at least 30 min more and she was sarcastically smiling. She talked calm but very disrespectful. I don't know what is the problem with the receptionist. She definitely has some issues with people other than arabic. Very sad and I couldn't stay there any longer. I don't understand what is the sense for them to make an appointment for a person and then make them wait forever in the queue.
