  Excellent staff doctor & Admin , never had a problem with this team always available . Better than any huge hospital in the city .

  The doctors are competent, but the receptionists are acting like imbeciles. For this reason, I am not going there again. Here are two examples.
  
  1. I booked an appointment to vaccinate my 4 month old baby. I was then told by the receptionist, that I will need to call HealthPlus 3 days before my appointment to "remind them to order the vaccine". I asked the receptionist why they could not remind themselves? She then told me that "their policy is that the customer needs to remind them" (!!) and refused to put an entry into her own calendar.
  
  2. There is zero communication between the receptionist and the doctors, leading to much misunderstanding. Another example is when I called to order the 2 month vaccination for my daughter. I stated the purpose to the receptionist, who then gave me an appointment the next day, after checking that the vaccine was available. When I arrived, the doctor informed me that I could not make the vaccination, because it was "two weeks to early". HealthPlus wasted my time again because of incompetent receptionist.

  مركز صغير الحجم و ضيق . طاقم التمريض لا يجيد اللغة العربيه . مواعديهم مظبوطة وليس هناك تاخير .. استقبال ممتاز من الموظفين و طاقم التمريض . الدكتورة رنا ممتازة و سيكون لي زيارة اخرى

  The best women center I've visited in UAE so far, even as compared to HealthPlus on Al Karama. I've seen doctors Muhaj Al Shaikhli and Rana Jamal few years ago; they were professional and friendly, reception girls were good too, very quick service and exactly on appointment time!
