Don't use this company!!! I purchased new ac from al Naveed less than a year ago and already called them few times as unit didn't work properly. When they came last time they checked and refused to repair or replace faulty ac unit. I made a complaint to DED and proceeding with legal action.

Terrible company made a booking with the for ac check as it was not cooling and on day they didnt know anything about the booking no point to use as you make booking and they dont record it

One of the Most diligent Ac Maintenance Company I've ever worked with. Reliable and transparent. The technicians were extremely courteous and efficient. Also they were accurate in their estimation for the time it would take to complete the work. All in all very good experience.

last thus day 05.08.2016not good service
my room A/C . wasn't working properly i decide to call for service AL naveed system installation . they came and took A/C for service around fry day evening 3.30pm and they promise to me they will bring back 8pm but they come 10 pm and I paid them 150 DHS they mention gas.filled&they change something in the back side but when we start our A/C it was same as before it means they did not change anything and the other day i call them for compliant they did not come finally i go there then i bring one technician with me and he check and change something he told us it will work but the result was same , we decide to change the maintenance company
