We visited Art House cafe at lunch time. The place has friendly staff and many areas to choose for seating.
This includes sitting outside under trees inside in the air conditioned area and a separate area for smokers.
One of the most popular items on the menu is fresh baked pizza. Try the chicken Barbecue Pizza. It is soft and delicious.
Also try shakshuka which is eggs cooked in tomato paste.
It is served along with Arabic bread
The most interesting drink is the mocktail Pina Colada served inside a pineapple.
The place is decorated with hand painted plates by visitors which can be bought for 15 dirhams.

Lovely place full of arts in every corner. A good selection of healthy meals and some nice sweet treats as well.

very nice cozy cafe, good food and pretty chilled music. The art section is ok, but far from the main appeal. An European styled coffee place, that's what it is, serving american food.

The food was fresh and tasty. The complimentary bread with pesto was delicious! I would never think to eat it with labneh and olives. We ate on the back patio and the ambience was great! The servers were polite, helpful, and attentive. I believe the prices were competitive and I also enjoyed the carrot cake. The only downside was that there was no designated smoking area so we had to deal with smoking through out the meal. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this spot.

A really cute artsy place to eat, they have different section with different theme, I like the back side where they have the stars (Christmas light). The food is lovely, my favourite is their gnocchi! They also have a small museum which you can enter for free. You can also paint some display play for a small cost. You should visit it al least once!

Tasty salads and a good range of drinks, and a fantastic ambience: Surrounded by quirky craft arts, bordering a courtyard and playing easy listening piano: great way to spend a lazy Saturday lunch.

I'm editing this review after a few more visits. There are buzzers on the tables to call the waitresses, who respond promptly. Today the cigarette smoke got to me, so the waitress Bamba directed me to a smoke free room through the back door and across the patio. She came in and turned on the A/C for me and was very accommodating, didn't make me feel like I was putting her out at all. The food is not always the most amazing in Abu Dhabi, but it's still good, and the wildly creative environment makes up for it. They let the trees grow up through the floor and out the windows! Too cool. I'm now visiting whenever I'm on this side of town.

Outdoors it took like 25 minutes for the waitress to come take my order and another 20 to deliver it. She knew I was there and was serving other people ahead of me, so I'm not sure what happened. My wife and I came here for breakfast. The atmosphere was pleasant (my wife commenting that she felt like she was on holiday).
Service is good and pleasant staff. Turkish coffee was nice and the french toast took a long time to be served and wasn't the french toast that I'm used to (it was more like a desert).
It is nice to go somewhere in Abu Dhabi where it is more casual than many other places.response / report this review -

Great ambiance, positive atmosphere for relaxing and reading. They also have a little artsy corner if you wanna get creative while you hang out. Indoor smoking was a major plus for me. Will definitely be coming back more often.

The atmosphere is so creative, pieces of art everywhere, people's hand made art, new style seating
Loved the mango halomi salad and the drinks.
It is so calming and fun to study, work or just have a cup of coffee there
Although, I've been told that they have a kids friendly menu and area, so I went with my friends and kids to find out that it is not suitable at all, we ended up sitting outside in the back yard in a hot weather.
Not good for kids, great for University students gathering, projects, fun time with friends.response / report this review -

ok so the place is beautiful, very creative decorations , not all chairs are comfortable , if you want to see the paintings i suggest u go in the day light , the lights are not that bright nothing special abt the food or the drinks , nice staff
