We are guests at this great hotel in a central city location. The Rockpool Cafe on the 17th floor offers great view, Happy Hour until 10:00pm, and decent bar food.

I check in this hotel late at night after Have to cancel the horrible room offered to me by another hotel. And I got a partial sea view room with the badic room rate. İts a great location. right in the center, 5 mins walk to sea. Room was comfy, clean up to date. Its more of business hotel. But good for anyone looking a central reliable place. Also massage teraphist are good.

Basic accommodation for business trips. Furnitures and beds a little worn. Can't open the wardrobe to hang clothes.
Carpet in room is mucky and the room smelled bad.

Shower water gets trapped and can't drain out properly. Stepped on the puddle and fell on my hip and hit my shoulders against the wall. Sprained my back muscles.

When we complained to the front desk they didn't asked about my injuries but went on and on about their plans for refurbishment in the near future. They send housekeeping to dry off the shower area. They just have to keep doing that each time someone showers.

This hotel is very near corniche and is in the heart of the city. The service is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were in the executive room, it was very comfortable with nice view of the city and a little bit of the sea. The pool is at the roof top, it is a little small, however the view of the city and the sea side is great.

The food :
( buffet - style ) breakfast, lunch and dinner was perfect. Great variety and all dishes, were flawless!! Well worth it.

WiFi was not the best Minor issue though.

TRYP by Wyndham Hotel, Abu Dhabi was a comfortable stay in a great location. The buffet meals on the 16th floor were delicious; spa and salon services within the hotel: very convenient. Staff at reception were friendly and Hamid was particularly helpful. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the stale smell in our room. We asked for a non-smoking room. When we first entered it it had been sprayed with air freshner which was quite pleasant. Once that wore off though, the underlying odour was one of old cigarette smell - not so pleasant. The outside traffic noise was also a little disruptive at night. Overall, however: a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Amazing hotel with friendly smile. Patricia from the front desk, did everything to make my holiday special, she suggested day trips and attractions around the city and even researched ways I could get the the places faster and on budget. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. As the first expression the furniture in the lobby are not so clean! And this not good.
I checked in and they gave me a room with very minimum quality, in front of my room there was a bar and over the night it was so noisy so I could not sleep until 3:00 AM. The day after I asked them to change my room which they did. They gave me a bigger room with sea view. But still there we’re some inconvenience like you can’t open the closet door easily. When you get shower, water stays on tiles.
In my eyes, it’s an average hotel with expensive charge.

This is shity hotel, stinks when you get in the walk way

Bunch of unprofessional junks are working here.

Room service is terrible, please stay away from this hotel.

Customer service is really bad. I can't give negative rating as there is no option to do that other wise I could have given..

Good hotel. Friendly staffs with all common languages. Service is very quick . in few mins they are at you're door. They have all common needs like HDMI to TV, USB port, FM radio etc.

Rooms tired and a little, well, grubby. Staff extremely helpful. Our breakfast was away from main breakfast area as we were with Grand Prix package. The hot breakfast options were cold. Lovely bar and pool area on roof. Interesting to watch the very attractive "ladies of the night" making friends with male guests. Oh yes!

PROS
The room is so welcoming, cozy and clean- I want to sleep all day!!

CONS
If you love to watch your own movies like me.. You can't plug your external drive or your laptop to their TV because it is blocked by its frame.. It does have an HDMI wire and a USB plug😔 but its not working in my room, 🤔maybe it works in other rooms,, i dont know😕

I'd give it a 4.5 star but there's no 4.5 here!! So its okay! Round it up to 5! Anyway
the room was totally relaxing and clean!

Awful hotelbathroom floods constantlyreported it 3 times already and asked for another room

Still no response from management

I soak up the water with all the towels and Chuck then into the hallway

Awfulplease let me leave 503 alive

Got moved to New room..hdmi port not connected to tv.lock hanging off the door .this is the first 5 minutes

Awful placemanaged poorly

Bathroom still floods after a short shower

Luckily I brought some extra towels because I used all the hotel towels to mop up the floor.

Gym is awful

My car was damaged today by valet parking.

Worst ever hotel I stayed. Valet parking sucks both at the time of leaving and collecting car. Expect waiting min 15 to 30min. Hotel kept on saying that they didn't get booking confirmation due to which I made multiple calls to expedia/makemytrip who informed me that they already communicated hotel. This caused me spending amount more than my hotel stay. What a shame! Due to miscommunication hotel blocked my credit card on top of what I paid online. Even on first day they asked me to pay parking fee.

five stars is for the staff. They are superb, just makes your day bright especially the staff at Cilantro Cafe.
The toilets are horrible. There is always an issue with the drainage of the shower as the water doesnt go.
The security Mr. Zubair is horrible

Nice hotel for long stay.. i stayed there for 4 months. The staff very friendly nice location in the middle of AD.

It's a modern/ renovated hotel in the city limits. Just close by to everything except airport which is almost a half hour drive. Room was comfortable, modern and clean. Friendly staff, specially there was a Sri Lanka lady with good attitude and attentive

I enjoyed this hotel because all the staff here are kind especially all receptionists, attentive shovel and friendly Also the facilities are clean especially the rooms , as if I own a home, so I like the hotel they spend the night whenever I was in Abu Dhabi See yah again brothers/sisters

I had the best time ever. The staff were so nice especially John and Jhoanna of front desk. The food was great and the F&B manager of Rock pool was so friendly and accommodating. The pool was heated and was big enough for me. Will definitely come back.
