My experience at Versailles Dental Clinic was very pleasant. I came as an emergency case for a wisdom tooth extraction. Their customer service was impeccable. Dr. Caron, the dental surgeon, (the owner of the clinic) did the extraction for me. I was in severe pain, but he made sure I was taken care of and comfortable.

He explained to me every step as he went through with the procedure. His wife, Veronique Caron the GM of the clinic, a lovely lady made sure that I was feeling ok after the procedure. Their son Julian(I hope I spelled it correctly) was very welcoming and accommodating. I had a follow-up visit and met Dr. Joanna who also was nice and professional. Because of my positive experience with the clinic, I was very keen on remembering their names.

Although their prices are a bit high, however, the high quality of the service I received made every penny worth it(in my opinion).
If you had a negative experience in the past with dentists, I recommend Versailles Dental Clinic, I assure you they will change your mind.

A big thank you to the entire team at Versailles Dental Clinic, specially to Dr Caron for his professionalism and kindness! He really listened to me and explained every step of the procedure.( i needed to change a crown asap) I m not a big fan of going to the dentist however i have to admit that from the moment i walked in till i left i was really well taken care of!! I m 100% recommending this clinic!! Amazing service!!

I went today for the first time it was recommended by a friend and as she had told me, everything went perfect since we arrived till we left, my 6 year old son was so happy with the result he didnt feel anything although he had local anesthesia with Dr Joanna Maalouf before removing the cavity and putting a good filler instead. Thank you dr. Joanna thank you Versailles Dental Clinic we will definitely be your customers from now on👍
P.S even the interior design of the clinic is super chic you would want to stay there all day:)

The Versailles Dental Clinic is in a class of its own. I have attended many dentists over the years but have never experienced service and care like you receive here. I visited with an emergency in January and was so impressed I returned for full extensive work in April from the UK.
Dr Caron is extremely kind, thoughtful and skilled and uses all the most up to date equipment. He is a perfectionist! His wife, Veronque, is also a delight and ensures you are made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable.
All the staff are wonderful, polite and caring.
I would highly recommend this clinic.

The best dentist ever ! In Dubai I found what I have never found before in Italy, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg !!! I could not have been more well welcome. Mrs Caron make me feel like I am at home, I even have few words with Julien Caron and then I have had my session with Dr Caron. I use to do cleaning, zoom teeth whitening & other treatments and now going to the dentist is a real pleasure.
Few words could define Doctor Caron, skilled, experienced, fascinated, humbled and thoughtful !

A very nice welcome as soon as you enter the clinic
Dr Caron has find the solution that disturb me for years.
He is also very good with kids as he explain clearly what he is going to do and what appareil he will use.

Versailles Dental Clinic is a place where our kids are not afraid to come. When you arrive, the team immediately makes you feel comfortable. As soon as you seat in the dentist chair, Dr Caron will start explaining all the process and makes sure that we will not feel any pain. We will not change our dentist for anyone else. C'est des imposteurs. Plombage de dents. 6000 aed. 1500€.
Impostors, not honest, they announce consultation for 500 Aed but you never get out with less than 6000 Aed for simple treatment.
And saying, don't worry we will arrange the bill to let the insurance pay, and then they never recognize.
If you have money to throw just go there.

The service at the clinic would match any 5 star hotel let alone a dental clinic. They will always make sure that your 100% happy with the work done. Personally I think Dr Caron is the best dentist in Dubai. Many thanks to him and Mrs Caron for their attention to details.

I just want to say a great thank you to Dr Dominique Caron and Mrs Veronique Caron for their great know how to take care of my dental treatment. I came for extractions of wisdom teeth completely bony and I saw many dentists in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. no one was able to do the job, as my roots were directly on the main dental nerve.
Dr Caron took a 3D scanner, and told me he could do it.
it just took few minutes to remove them and I had no discomfort nor pain after.
i also need crowns and implants, i have seen in the clinic they are leaders in advanced dentistry, i have booked appointments to do my full treatment in Versailles dental clinic, and they also help in make me nice payment plan. kind regards, happy new year 2013 !
