  At iKhayalamafu there are two very special people running an honest, truly off-grid wilderness experience that will appeal to and impress even the most discerning eco-tourist. Ricky ensured that our comfort expectations were exceeded in our clean, homely and relaxing wood cabin whilst Paul's infectious passion for the Drakensberg came through in his encyclopaedic knowledge of the local history, fauna and flora.
  
  We loved; the peace and quiet, our walks, chatting to Paul and Ricky, the cozy bed, falling asleep with the firelight flickering on the ceiling, the local craft beer, the bird life, the scenery (of course!).
  
  We can't wait to come back. Thank you both.

  We love this precious gem in the central Drakensberg. Ricky and Paul are such lovely hosts and are always so helpful and kind. We spent our Honeymoon here and we booked the Ingwe cabin again for our 1st Anniversary. We are so excited. We love everything about this magical place. The seclusion, the cabins, the fireplace and amazing comfortable kingsize bed, the exclusive, private hiking trails with the most beautiful waterfalls and streams. Its everything you can wish for and more Private, one-of-a-kind, peaceful, romantic, amazing. You will not regret spending time here!

  The perfect place to recharge and connect with nature. We come here as often as we can and it always energises us. Ricky and Paul are attentive and professional hosts.
  Fantastic walks - beautiful views when walking up to the Sphinx. The Forest Walk is pure magic. The round-trip up Keartland's Pass to the contour path and back via Breakfast Stream and the Sphinx is recommended. Also Nandi's Falls and Crystal Falls and Sterkspruit Falls!

  Absolutely superb. You can't get more comfort closer to the Mountains. Secluded, with access to private forest amongst other spectacular walks.
