Woolworths is an upscale store smart and clean. I love the men's Chinos and cargo shorts of which I have several pairs. The staff are well dressed and friendly too. My family has had a long standing relationship with Woolies and I will continue to do so, since if I haven't mentioned it -their food products are ,delicious . I also am impressed with their sourcing and environmental policies.

No customer service in this store. Queues are always long on peak shopping days with no forward planning in place. So many terminals but few cashiers. No sight of managemt on the floors or assisting at the tills

Store is always neat and Hemi was very friendly and helpful today. love shopping at this branch! i always get what i need here even whilst the other big branches are out of stock and we always find ourselves picking this branch even though they're not in our area.

Really disappointing shop went to buy jeans on the weekend not a staff member around to assist the ONLY helpful people were the store security they were so helpful, Woolworths can thank them for saving the sale i was going to walk out rather than just stand there. And worse when a staff member comes to help they offer nothing of value i need advice not just when i ask where the jeans and they just point over there! So 1 star is what i would hive the second is for the security guys who helped. Woolworths u owe them.
