Staff standing around and if you ask for help they say they would need to call someone else to assistI had to leave without any assistance because no one came to help.

Gateway store (Umhlanga) is usually out-of-stock of very basic items like 10/100 switches, network cables so not a shop you can rely on to find the basics. Overall, their pricing is usually substantially more expensive than other stores however their promotions are often very good, and their notebook prices usually quite competitive.

Don`t bother calling to find out if they have stock on a certain item. Just drive there it will be faster.
