Good Staff. Reasonable pricing. Fair selection. Usually use them for our companies requirements like flash drives, mouse, keyboards etc.. They do return calls on queries.

I visit Mitabyte regularly and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Sales staff have brilliant product knowledge and I must add that I always leave the store content with service This goes for whoever assists, cashiers, technical staff and the sales consultants especially. Theres a few issues that bother me though and one major issue is there are new faces a bit too frequently, as in the turn around of staff is very high. I do come accross stressed and worried faces all around. I am also a business owner and would like to add that our staff are the blessings of our businesses and have realized over the years that if I do not treat my staff well, if I make them feel like they are treading on thin ice constantly then I am doing nothing but setting them up for failure. The biggest motivator is recognition for a job well done. Our behavior stems from the seeds we feed out minds, if we are filled with constant negativity we will perform poorly,make errors be demotivated, however feed the mind positivity and sit back and watch the progress. A happy environment+ happy staff = successful business. Just my thoughts

Great shop for your pc needs. They stock nearly everything and will probably get what you need if you asked nicely. Prices are reasonable and the people are very knowledgeable. Geek paradise, check it out!

Always my go to store when I need affordable computer items. Technicians are helpful and repairs are cheap. Parts to build a pc can be found cheaper online at certain stores but for ease and the everyday man this store will help you choose and build at an affordable cost. Items such as cables and adapters or converters are the most in supply followed by modems.

Used to use Mitabyte often a few years back, remember them as my first choice for affordable computer related equipment and friendly helpful service. Recently noticed higher pricing and a very different atmosphere. Was made to stand waiting for a simple pick up for 20 minutes on previous visit. Not so sure I like the shop as much as a few years back.

The only place that I could find a ps2 mouse in springfield! Im not fond of their new location though. It was a bit difficult to find as its in a office block with no store front, just a door

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I went in to get a custom computer. The sales assistants had no idea what they were talking about, and didn't seem to know much about the products either.
I ended up wasting 1 and a half hours there, because they spent 30 minutes trying to find a cooling fan, only to realise that all PC's come with a fan standard. They also took forever to get final pricing and consult with their manager, and the store was not even busy!
There was only one positive experience I had, in which a cashier walked away from his counter to help me find a product. I really appreciated that.
Nevertheless, their customer service is appalling, and I don't look forward to visiting ever again.response / report this review -

Convenient store, with all your IT requirements and needs under one roof. Prices are competitive. Guarantees are good and hassle free assistance on faulty items under guarantee.
