I enjoy shopping at woolies Walmer park. I always find the items I need and at the moment there's already such a festive atmosphere.

Clothing section: Difficult to find staff to assist, when I eventually found one she wasn’t very helpful.
Food Section: not much of a variety compared to our Johannesburg W Stores
Restaurant: Staff was layed back.

Overall this store needs to up its game.

Chai Latte was excellent. Hard to beat.

Eggs Benedict Hollandaise Sauce needed work and Poached Eggs were hard because I wasn't asked how I wanted them. Eggs were replaced within 30 seconds and the meal was still enjoyable. Would eat again.

Woolies food store is well stocked with their standard high quality produce. Excellent fresh produce. Busy but queue service was quick.

Have not been there for a few months and after my visit on Friday I remembered why I don't go there anymore. Firstly at 4.45 in the supermarket the average is THREE CASHIERS. IF management appear its only for an over-ride - not crowd management , seems as if its on in there job description. This Friday it happened like this - he just ambled away without a care in the world !
Last time the gentleman was playing with his phone on What'sApp ( at the supermarket desk, and when I asked him if he is paid to do that - his response is that he was waiting for the time to pass so he could go home. WOW !
Secondly don't try shopping in the store with your trolley - when looking at stock many times you will walk into a dead end and need to walk backwards to get out of the area. Either Woolworths need to install a reverse ability on the trolley OR train their staff how to pack and display
A very old fashion idea if you can WALK THE STORE with a trolley its conducive to increasing sales. If you can't get to the goods maybe its better to leave it where it is.
