MY father has been battling to get a part he has ordered for the last 2 months he has paid for the part and the sales reps said it would take 2 week then it was all a sudden on back order and will take a month they say they will phone and get back to him but they dont. What terrible service we have slips and everything to prove he has paid. WE are demanding a refund after waiting two months they cant give him answers!!!
