  Southgate service was excellent however ,Woolies exchange is a nightmare.I bought stuff on my debit card during your sale period.I went and exchanged the lady processed the refund with gift card.Now I have to proof the branch that I used a debit card because the payment reflect as a gift card.Please fix it. When we exchange the correct method of payment need to be used.

  This is definitely one of the better stores in the centre. Tiny and well lit. I found the staff a little unfriendly compared to other woolies. The que was unusually slow and my till lady did not look like she was happy. I found the jeans I wanted so I smiling.
