Potential to be a great store but incredibly understaffed and lacking good, hard working staff. Very unhelpful and always refer me to someone else.

Terrible service. Most of the staff were in a back area talking. A constant alarm going off. Cashier couldn't even print my receipt properly. Management should not be proud of this outlet.

It's okay. Things have improved slightly, at least the staff is half willing to assist you. compared to before where they couldn't give a damn about the customer.

Staff are a bit slow on the uptake trying to find someone to help, but when you find someone then they can't do enough to help you. The store conveniently opens up to Oxford Road right by a Gautrain entrance. The pricing is usually really good at Game stores and they will beat any advertised price so if you do your homework you can get a great deal!

This must be the worst game i have been to. The electronics counter does not have a till so you have to queue and get a slip with the item number, then walk to the tills and queue to pay, then return with the receipt to queue again before you get your goods! Then in my case, the item number was written wrong so I had to wait for the till operator to go all the way back to the counter and get the correct item number, written out. What happened to barcodes? Surely the logical thing would be to have a till there? Long slow queues and surely lunchtime should have all tills open and no staff training at peak times just seems like the logical thing to do.

Parking setup is so confusing and this branch does not stock a lot of what is on special. It really was such a waste of my time.

Large double storey department store, clean, huge variety of goods, difficult to find items in this huge store, staff seem to avoid customers rather than great and help find items, queing at paypoint can be long during peak hours.

Shocking service! Staff couldn't give a damn to assist even when the store is not busy. Staff would rather watch the tv than help. Had to beg 3 times for assistance! 2 tellers open close to close up and very poor assistance.
