The store is quite large and contains both a woolworths food and W cafe. Queues usually go quick and staff tend to be friendly when you require assistance. There is also a small separate Trenery in the men's section with a separate pay point should you wish to make a quick purchase there

As it is close to my work, I often opt to buy lunch at Woolworths Food, but recently I would rather drive a few km's further to visit the Woolies Foodstop at Engen Groenkloof. There are never enough cashiers at the tills and sometimes just buying a sandwich turns into a 40 minute mall-trip because of the long queues - dragging my whole lunch break down with it. I have been there on two occasions where the card machine didn't work and I was told that I have to go and withdraw money in order to pay. The second time around I just left all of my groceries at the till and went to Checkers. I would definitely not recommend anyone to get a "quick" lunch there.

It's a very nice Woolworths with delicious cafe food!! The food is always fresh and I was never yet disappointed about the Woolworths!! Clothing variety for all ages

A great Woolworths store with well stocked food and clothing items. Some staff are a bit unfriendly, however. Also, the air conditioning on the first floor in the women's clothing department sometimes does not work and creates a very uncomfortable environment to shop in.

Basically a review for the cafe. Food looks more appealing on the menu than it is in person and service was not good the 2 times we went there. I had asked if they had strawberry jam otherwise I would not have ordered a croissant. The waiter said yes. So when he brought our food it was mixed jam not strawberry jam the second time we went there I ordered a vanilla raspberry peanut butter toast. The toast comes back with little chopped up peanuts on top which looks like they just grabbed a handful from a bag and tossed them there. This wasn't stated in the menu and overpowered the jam so I couldn't really taste it and pushed them off with my knife. My friend ordered frozen lemonade. It comes with tons of pulp and every sip had pulp in (it did not taste bad at this point but it became impossible to drink). She asked if they could filter out more of the pulp and they basically bring an entirely different drink back that tastes like lemon flavoured soap (little bubble scum on top included). Needless to say we are not going to the cafe ever again. Just buy food from the Woolworths grocery store, it would be better and cheaper.

I haven't really been to Brooklyn Woolworths a lot but on my last visit I decided that I never want to use another store again. I received excellent service from the customer care section. They where very helpful and had no problem solving all my queries. They where very friendly and after a long day at work they really cheered me up. I thank Woolworths Brooklyn for the great service. Keep it up!
