Ate here about a week ago, food was terrible, stale,old, flavorless, there was a cockroach on the seat, the waitress swatted the cockroach with the menus and then handed over the same menu to us. Pathetic service, food is not freshly prepared. Do not eat here!

I was there just before they opened and watched 3 front staff putting on makeup and talking about me waiting. Then while waiting for my food one of the waitress cleaned the top of a canned drink with her fingers before giving it to customer. Gross!

My Wife and I had breakfast. Our friendly waiter Shanesh was excellent. He checked up on us regularity without interrupting us. The food arrived within 5 minutes and hot too. The food was excellent quality cooked to perfection but it we Shanesh who created a nice experience. What the place might need is some light classical background music though as the centre music is a bit noisy.we Sat on table 6 had a full view of the restaurant. Other Patrons also enjoyed themselves.

I just had the worst experience at wimpy chatsworth. The owner had the cheek to raise his voice and insinuate that we were the only customers that had an issue with the service. Excuse me but we know about good food!!! And proper service. Nobody wants to drink hot chocolate made with NO milk. Neither do they want a burger that looks like it’s made for 5 year old. Neither do they deserve that!

So wimpy tell me, does your franchisees learn about customer service? I can understand if the burger is naturally small, but to insinuate we only want thing for free is highly unethical Because other customer do not have the notion to complain, don't ill-treat customers to who do.

I visited this branch with my boyfriend who happens to be a qualified chef. We know about goo food and expect nothing less. Even if you are not able to change the size of a burger, at least treat people with the dignity that all humans deserve. Would never recommend anyone visit this store!
