  Mediocre. Generally M&B's revamped menu might seem attractive but it is prepared with the same consistent lack of care that most chain restaurants have (with a few exceptions). We ate from the "mix and match" section of the menu, thinking that variety would be a good bet. That might have been true if the food at this M&B was prepared with any care by someone with any taste. Merely passable travel food which is all I've known M&B to offer. So, keep it up, I guess?

  The salads are surprisingly fresh and tasty. Each time we get something from mugg and bean I'm amazed by the food. I love the range of options they offer. I've never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the friendly service they provide.

  20 mins to get a really weak cappuccino. Waiter offered to make another one as a takeaway. Got exactly the same watery coffee. Ended up throwing it in the bin on the way out. Disappointing. Not the first disappointing experience at this M&B, but will definitely be the last

  Horrible service from the waiters and the place is dirty. Highly advise that all travelers avoid this place. We had to wait 45 min just to receive our drinks and the food arrived and it was already cold. The bread was stale and eggs undercooked. Shocking experience and highly disappointed.

  My family and I went to Mugg and Bean at King Shaka International airport and had the worst dining experience ever. Whilst we were awaiting our meals the waitresses picked up all the chairs around us and started scrubbing and washing them. Even the mops and brooms came out. All this continued whilst we were eating. We will never go back there.

  Cold food and coffee, not something you'd be looking forward to after a long flight.
  Food looks nothing like picture. Avocado looked like v*m1t.
  I've never had to give a review like this before.

  Mediocre service. Orders do tend to take longer than they should but food is good when it does eventually arrive.

  The worst service ever. Took them more than 20 min to attend to us. After we made our drinks order we never saw our waiter, and no one bothered to attend to us.

  Food and drinks are good, but having been here several times, the service is always really slow which isn't great if you are hoping to get a quick coffee before your flight.
