Came to look for a part for my car when I arrived it seemed like the place had been closed down. Is this place still open?

Went in today hoping to put a deposit down on a vehicle.
Walked in looked around eventually found the vehicle I was interested in.. couldn't find anyone to help me.
Saw a chap sitting at his desk I made eye contact and said hello he nodded and just turned back to his computer.
Was in the showroom for around 10 minutes looking at the vehicle.
    No Help.

Decided to take my money elsewhere.

I would NEVER EVER take my car again to this place.I took my car for repairs ( it was cutting and was showing an engine management sign). I took it to William Hunt the first time and I was told the issue has been resolved. I had to go to William Hunt 6 times and told the same thing that my car has been fixed. Actually when I took it in the 6th time it was worse than before. It was cutting worse than before and I have to wait 2 hours 15 minutes to be dropped of in the morning. I demanded a refund for the amount I paid and my car and left. It was possible to give them 0 I wouldn't miss that opportunity. I had the worst service ever in 6 years of driving my Opel Corsa. They are damaging William Hunt brand by the so called service they offer.

I haven't experienced such a pitiful dealership. I was unfortunate to have my car serviced at the branch and will likely never return.

This letter speaks for it's self,
My worst ever purchase of a new vehicle.

    Dealer Principal says it's "regrettable"

    Dear Mr Mundel
    Hope all is well?

I am trying to phone Paul.

His phone keep on going on voicemail.

The quote and Invoice, Registration and Alarm Certificate I have arranged are all correct.

We had 2 Utility surf units. Both Vin numbers are the same except for the last 3 digits of the Vin. 552 and 562

By mistake. I have the Utility at the branch I was supposed to have fitted with the accessories.

For the inconvenience I have a courtecy Chev Utility Club to offer till Wednesday.

The accessories I will fit and deliver on Wednesday.

Please note that all documents and Insurance information are correct.

Only the vehicle are not correct. And the correct vehicle will be as per the one invoiced.

This vehicle have no millage on the clock. Paul will have a New Utility once again.

Paul are furious and I want to explain that I will fetch that vehicle. Hand over the loan unit.

Fit the New Utility with no millage and deliver to him. I made the mistake and will collect and

Deliver. If I just know where to find Paul and bring in the Utility Club. Then I can get started with

    Rectifying a very stupid mistake.

We are having stocktake tomorrow and his vehicle need to be counted.

Sincere apologies for all inconvenience caused.

    Kind regards
