  The Staff, especially Cassidy from the Service Department are absolutely awesome. They always go the extra mile to help out their customers. The Parts Dept. is also very helpful. My reason for giving CMH Nissan a "One Star"? Nissan South Africa is an absolute JOKE when it comes to supply replacement parts for their vehicles. I have a a Nissan Patrol,and love the vehicle. I recently went to replace my water pump, viscous fan/coupling, thermostat and Radiator Pipes. I had to wait 22 DAYS for the water pump to arrive. Only to find out that i had to wait an additional 22 days from water pump Installation, for a 350rand 90deg. Bend pipe. I was able to get Nissan Australia to DHL (4 days) me the parts quicker than Nissan SA was able to supply them. It is an absolutely JOKE!!

  very disappointed with the service at this dealership. vehicle was not in the condition we were assured it was in. there was a mix up with the manuals and spare keys and the temp licence plates have expired and still no news of when i will receive my new ones. no response to emails and you have to constantly call them.
