The only dealership in the Durban area that wanted to book my vehicle in for service this morning I will not recommend that you go to Ford Pinetown in Old Main Road, Ford Bluff in Edwin Swales Drive or the Ford in Umhlanga they just refused. I will drive all the way from pinetown in future to service my car at Ford Fury Toti excellent service and great staff. THANK YOU

After sales service left a bitter taste in my mouth. Very dissatisfied with the lack of urgency. Especially as a first time client. Please refrain from selling cheap tyres on expensive vehicles.

Bad service no follow up. Booked car in for service complained about car being heavy on petrol. Was told by booking agent that car is normally heavy on petrol not interested to find out why or to test on computer. Bad service. Ordered part waited 3 weeks for them to let me know that part arrived no phone call i had to phone.
