  I have never had bad service at this branch. The service has always been pleasant, although it is a small branch. But that's understandable since it's a small town

  This is my favourite Spur restaurant in South Africa. I suppose it's because it's in my hometown and I always took my mother, sister and Uncle Andrew here on special occasions. They offer free wifi and a cheap breakfast. I highly recommend this for small groups, especially with children because they have a play area like most McDondalds.

  Never had a problem with the service or the food here and management has long supported local schools etc. Wild Rapids has huge television screens visible from almost anywhere in the restaurant, which is certainly a plus. You can really see the game. Personally, I prefer a quieter dining experience; in practice that only means I visit when it's less busy. You can easily tell from the parking lot. Ample parking is also a plus.

  It's cheerfull as the Friendly staff knows how to make you smile.
  
  Sometimes the food takes a bit long
  But I know its because it's busy.
  But wount give leas than 4 stars. Well done guys and girls.

  It was almost empty and yet, the service was bad, the food was dry, over cooked and the vegetables tasted like packet vegetables, the onion rings tasted like reheated old onion rings. Usually the food is very good and the service is passable, but today the waiter had to swap out the plates twice due to wrong items, and was barely ever at the table. Overall this was a bad experience, and what made it worse was that the lady mopped the floors while people were eating.
