This place offers great coffee, I have found few other places that has coffee at a reasonable price that is this good quality. The food is not the best in the world but it is close to the best in the area that I have tried. Overall service was good.

How ridiculous..wait for a seat..acceptablefamily and I get placed by the kitchen on a hot day with aircon at my back set at 27..I asked for it to be turned down and after consulting the manager the waiter returns with a firm no as it only gets set at one temperature..I promptly get up and walk out with my family commenting to the manager that it's too hot to which she replies..yes it isand this from a coffee shop I frequent twice weekly..let's see if Mug n Bean's atmosphere is more acceptable

We sat down to order a late breakfast just before 11:00 on a Sunday. After waiting for a while for our order to be taken it was 11:05. The waitress informed us they had stopped taking orders for breakfast at 11:00 but because she knew we had been waiting she would ask the manageress Chantel to allow the order. It’s worth noting that the menu does not stipulate a cut off time for breakfast orders. Chantel refused to accept our order. When I pointed out that we had been waiting and the menu had no restrictions Chantel admitted that we were correct but that the kitchen was too backlogged to accept our order. It goes without saying that I find it disappointing that our order was arbitrarily refused for no reason other than their own inefficiency.

A lovely friendly and best value for money in PE. We have been going here at least once a week for the last 6 years and always recommend it to friends and family.
The staff are always friendly and bring us our drinks order as we get seated.
A great place to "chill" until recently. The Ice cream machine is in serious need of an overhaul as the racket it is making is making conversation a bit of a battle.Please.
