  Caters for youth to adult group. My favourite class is The Grid - Wed & Fri from 18H00 - 19H00. Chaotic indeed 😆, intense work out without even realising it. The instructor (Ealise) is creative beyond explanation & has methods to get everyone involved. She is truly good. COME SEE FOR YOURSELF.

  While large this gym has no sauna and no squash courts. Equipment has recently been upgraded as has the layout. Unfortunately the facilities like the locker room, showers and toilets are rather old and parking can be rather tight at times

  This gym is conveniently located for health fanatics with close proximity to cycling paths, jogging routes and the beach. Ample parking and lock up facilities for bikes.

  As with other Virgin Active gyms, the steam rooms are very well maintained and cleaned often. The machines are kept in good order and the staff are very helpful. Getting parking, not to mention getting in and out of the parking lot can be a lengthy process during peak times.

  Virgin Active gym that has a big swimming pool, sauna in the ladies change rooms, and am told a steam room in the men's changing room. Good weights and cardio section upstairs. Kauai store on ground floor.
