The Gym is a nice and neat place, equiped to proper equipments and group classes. The only thing that is not good, is the behavior of the manager and personal trainers.

I like this place so far. Could have better ventilation. The smell of sweat can be overwhelming sometimes.

Staff are not helpful. They do not correct members who are using equipment incorrectly which could hurt them. It takes too long for broken equipment to be fixed. (If staff showed members how to use the equipment correctly the equipment wouldn't break as often) Rules are not followed by members and not enforced by staff - using a towel on benches, equipment to be put back in it's place on the rack, etc. The private section for women is not ventilated with the change rooms including ablutions. The only good thing is that the membership price is decent and it's convenient for me to get to.

It's a gym. It stays open pretty late. Its decent. What more do you need?

Well priced gym with sauna and exclusive ladies section (very nice). Spinning classes are good but ventilation could be improved upon. Most equipment is in good condition but not all. Great to be in a mall as you get a rebate for your parking ticket!

Really bad payment conditions. The gym is okay but very expensive in my opinion.
But here is my story why can only give 1 Star:
I am not form South Africa so i had to pay upfront for the whole year. They gave me the promise that i can cancel the contract after 3 months and even get the money back for the other 9 months. Guess what, i now cant get my money back.
In detail, i am here for 5 months and wanted to train for 3 months in this gym. So i signed the contract and they promised me that i can cancel the contract after 3 months and get the money for the other 9 months within 2 weeks back. They obvioulsy had no problem to recieve the money from a kreditkard. Long story short now they say I just get the money back if i also have an South African Bank account what i obviously dont have (as i said when i signed the contract, so i paid with kredit card) . I had to pay the whole year witch was R2160 btw.
Now i sit here and have to deal with the problem how i get my money back.
I am really upset about the costumer service!
