I'm biast . my favourite place to spend time between 05:00 and 07:00 and with Kuwai I just love the after-traing times.

Staff are very friendly and always greet. All the gym needs is a sauna! However the staff at the Kaui not friendly or very helpful at all!

This club has the oldest outdated equipment that I have seen in 10 years. The other Virgin Active clubs in JHB has replace some of their machines with new technology that gives you better support and much beter results.

They have a lot of equipment and you could be there for ages because of the wide variety of things to do there. They even have computers to use and a swimming pool.
