Clean and spacious, equipment needs upgrading in the weights department it's very outdated. Enjoy working out in a hygienic gym. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this gym for a while,the staff here are very friendly,willing to help out,the changerooms and bathroom areas are clean,the work out area is well arranged and have various machines that cater well.They, from what I've seen,are also fast responding to emergencies and handle situations well.Good gym.

The gym in need of an huge upgradeits still the same like 15years ago.. no new equiptment in 15years. The other virgin gyms got the best.

Equipment is usually available without a wait.
Good range of classes available and for those who do not want to be part of a class can make use of the large activities area.
There are several personal trainers available.

If you sign up make sure every page is correctly signed, otherwise be prepared for an urgent trip there during business hours to correct a clerical error
