  I have been in tree fern guesthouse morethan once.their hospitality doesn't change.keep the professionalism going.I feel at home when I am at this guesthouse.I enjoy food, communication and well cleaned rooms I really give them 5stars

  What a beautiful guest house, The service is excellent and the rooms are really 5 star. I come from Johannesburg and i have seen other guest houses that wouldn't hold a candle to this guest house. Thank you for your friendly service and it was such a pleasure waking up in the luxury of the room.

  I have stayed at Treefern guesthouse for one week in August 2017. The staff were absolutely amazing making me feel right at home. The manager Mrs. Kirsten assisted me with all my work related issues. She is an absolute jewel. The room was comfortable and I managed to get some peace and quiet after a long day's work. Keep up the good work. I will definitely stay at your guest house again in the near future.

  Stayed here Oct - Dec 2015 for business. Place is built nice and room is comfortable but attitude towards guest is terrible. Arrived at 10pm from Mpumalanga and was greeted with locked gates and no answer on the phone. Waited for 2 hours until I decided to stay the night at another place. Food is terrible, we received liver spread and bread as lunch, 4 slices of it. And supper tasted like it was made 3 months ago. We could not move because the company had already paid to stay there. After supper the place is locked down and no form of communication happens or can happen. Thought about speaking to the lady but no changes happened.
