Paid R700 for an aircon gas refil. Was told that there was a small leak but the gas was re filled . I Went back to check the leak. In the meantime I had erroneously let all the gas out. Took them 2 hours to tell me that they were busy and couldn't really find a solution/price.

I was blindly quoted for an exploratory 2 hours of labour without their assessing the specific problem I had presented to them for resolution; which subsequently required only 10 minutes of attention at most. I eventually resolved the issue independently at 10% of their quoted cost.
