Tried making a booking to service my car the following day however Service department was busy the whole time, even left my number for them to call me back , called them 9 times in 2 hours and still nothing.
Ill have to take my car to someone who understands service more

Brought my Duster in for its 1st service. Received a phone call before 14:00 from Tyler to say that my vehicle would be ready in an hour's time. Arrived at 16:00 and found the vehicle not ready for collection. Rather phone the customer when the vehicle is ready for collection!
Am pleased to report that Tyler followed up as promised to get a defective seat belt holder repaired.

Although they are a bit slow to respond to customers walking on to the sales floor you are assured of informed, friendly staff that take the time to listen to you. Establish your wants and needs before guiding you through their range of vehicles. Well worth the visit.

The lady who was helping ne was so not friendly I told it was my first time I brought my car for service she was supposed to explain things to me well but she was shouting at me. I wanted to go somewhere else for the service, but it is the closest to my work place. She needs to be friendly to customers and explain to the what is needed from them.

Was fine until they made a mistake and then refused and ignored to fix the problem. Specially the management that just don't bother to even try to resolve an very inexpensive problem. Would not recommend them at all. Save yourself the inconvenience.
