The only reason I'm not giving this establishment a 5-star rating is because my points weren't loaded despite their confirmation at the pay point. Other than that, it's difficult to fault them. The ablution facilities are kept very clean, you don't go into them an come out having lost your appetite. The service was on point, with the food prepared to Spur's standards.

Not really good food and no focus on sport. Not your average spur. We have eaten here twice and been dissapointed both times. The kiddies play area is good however the games room doesn't have working games consoles.

I was greeted at door when I arrived. Got seated immediately and placed an order. I did not have to wait long for my order and all was exactly what I asked for. I will definitely go there again.

Probably the worst Spur I have been to and we go to a Spur weekly. Kiddies section is good, Glen Acres still better though. Had to keep looking for our waiter and then remind him several times what we were waiting for. Had a kiddies party and had to ask for the cake to be brought out three times. Asked for spilt bills and everything ended up in one bill. Not a fan of not being able to get in and out the main entrance as several waiters and managers are always standing around in the doorway.

They are a trustworthy bunch! Left my purse there previously, one afternoon and went back later. It was untouched.
Food was devine when a friend and I visited yesterday. Although they wrre very busy, they were friendly and helpfull.

Asked for a cheese burger got a regular burger. Asked for toasted cheese and tomato to be cooked until tomato was soft, tomato was rock hard and raw. Glasses are scratched and old, I don't really wanna drink from them.

I've always came here with my family and enjoyed it every time. However, tonight we've noticed a group of young school kids smoking in the play area. We notified the staff and management, but nothing happened. It is with great regret that I will have to consider another restaurant.
