Firstly the receptionist is rude. Very rude. I called in she told me she can not take my enquiry because she's busy with patients. I didn't know that the receptionist is also the Dentist. Shes a receptionist for a reason but she failed to do her job. Also has a very rude tone telling me to not speak English over the phone. Honestly this is a mess, this makes this practice extremely unprofessional.
