Bad service. They are always short staffed. Management doesnt take cistomers serious.they always have excuses and they chat ro each other while customers are on the queue. Rude customer service ever

Often a poor collaboration between staff where usually only less of the tills are in use or the staff is generally loud in the kitchen which disturbs customers.

Ice-cream is either out of stock or the machine isn't working at least once a month.

The service is sometimes fast and pleasing but as a regular you get to witness even their weakest moments.
The food is always fresh though.

Drive through cashier didn't ask me what drinks I want with my meals and automatically punched coke. When I asked for exchange in collections window they refused as per store policy. Mxm

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I do not find problem with the staff but I do find it poorly managed. Time and again I have had to face palm and drive to another KFC. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favour if you visit this place.
