Vehicle License Renewal here is a project in futility!!!!! I ended up rather going to the Licensing department, as it actually really turned out to be quicker. I was there for the morning only!!!!!!!!!
It is time that the Government related organizations get a kick where it is badly needed. The word SERVICE is not something that is understood.

Trying to renew vehicle license. Have been there numerous times - then they are offline, then no paper, then no ink always anoth excuse
Also, you get spoken to in a language that you don’t understand and when you reply in Afrikaans they are upset

I have to give the Post Office credit - I had a package sent from Amazon.co.uk and gave my home address - where there is no street delivery - as address. I picked up the package from Silver Lakes post office today. Never thought the package will arrive.

Never enough people on the floor, rude and unhelpful. The lady basically chased me away from the cashier, because she was busy counting coins and there was no one else to help me. Very disappointed in this branch. :(

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. The staff are incompetent and I sincerely hope this post office closes its doors and is replaced with something better.

I enjoy going to this particular post office because of the friendly staff. There's sometimes a bit of a wait, but that's just any post office really.

Absolute worst post office ever. Awful service. Rude tellers. Unhelpful. Wait in lines for at LEAST an hour every single time you go. They loose registered post. No apologies.save yourself the time and don't ever go there

Worst service ever!!! I've had to come here twice and both times the service was horrible and super slow. There is no signage and it seems the clerks just make up their own rules on who they want to help. The first time I got into the one queue and was then told I needed to go to the other counter for all the licensing stuff. The second time I stood in the other queue where they helped me before and was then told I needed to go to the other queue again which had accumulated a line of about 8 people with only one clerk

Wish there was a 0 star rating. Most rude and spiteful clerks. Wouldn't commission my documents because I had my dog with me, despite the fact that there was nothing prohibiting dogs in that office.

This is the post office with the poorest service EVER! You phone them and they never pick up but the trending hours is until 5pm so this tells me that they just don't want to help the clients,and when they DO help you the staff are very short off. VERY VERY DISGUSTED IN THIS PLACE!!!!!
