This is what one of my friends experianced, the department needs to do something about this especially during christmas holidays!!!!
"What pissed me off yesterday(22 December 2017):
An old lady was hit by a car just after Why-Not Block C when you are from the Tonga side to Naas. I was driving a taxi from Tonga to Naas. Well I passed the scene, there was no ambulance at all attending the accident. I called 112 and asked them to connect me with an ambulance from Tonga hospital but they weren't responding, I tried 4 times but there was still no response (mxm). I passed again by the scene now going to Tonga, guess what, there was still no ambulance. I could see the victim lying on the road (breathing so hard and fast). I tried to rush to the hospital to ask for an ambulance because they weren't picking up calls. When passing by Tonga police station, is when I came across an ambulance (imagine the distance and time delay).
It's festive season, there are many possibilities of accidents on our roads.
Nkomazi is failing us. There is a huge shortage of emergency services. People are dying due to the time delay.
We need to do something, but what, i don't know. Anyone with ideas, Lead from here please."
is located nearly around Rural communities of nkomazi and is the Main Hospital, where a number of petient get medical treatment in accordingly to the treatment they acqiured to get. where's a number of dispute arise shows that, ther's lack of commitment by some stuff members ofthe workers. currently the residence even called the Hospital, EMVAKWAKHO that mean the petient died after admition(ed). well we don't pray on that to procee.
Service delivery is very very very very disgusting. changes is needed, when you look at the Road to Hospital is very very disgusting we need same quality Road for the seft of the petient, the vehicle of the STATE and those of the individual. because we believe in accurate. we are not stature to keep in silence we have all the rights to acqiured quality service delivery to our beloved Public Hospital. Tonga Hospital.
