The 24-hr emergency centre is constantly manned by experienced medical doctors and nurses. They assisted us on several occasions in emergency will staying in the Komatipoort area.

Been waiting for 3 hours and still waiting in the emergency room for and still haven't tend to the patient. Utter pathetic service in this place. Rather go to Barberton Medi clinic much faster and better service and staff there

The treatment is terrible, the nurse I got was super lazy, I was there from 14:19 and went home without seeing a doctor at 20:00, There's no order with their admin it's now like a public hospital that's makes us to pay, you should honestly be a public hospital, everything there is just chaotic

I had to have emergency surgery during our stay and the doctors, staff, cost, etc was the best. It was comparable if not better then the treatment that I get in the States!

My husband Mr Barend J Bezuidenhout was at Mediclinic Nelspruit for three days. He had the best care from the nursing staff and the doctors. He said the food was very tasty but not very hot we understand that it will become cold in the trolly
as they have to feed a lot of patients. I will definatelly refer any one to Mediclinic Nelspruit based on our experiance

Probably one of the worst Mediclinics in the country - definitely not up to the standard of any other mediclinic hospital that i have ever been to. Totally apathy in the staff, poor service and patient care. Their own staff even recommended the new private hospital "Kiaat hospital" on the road to White River.
