  I was pleasantly surprised by the great help and assistance I received from the floor manager on duty. My request was nominal and he actually helped me free of charge. I'd come back here for anything to do about my tyres again and again!

  I have always had good service here. I also like the convenience of it being in the parking area of the new Rosebank Zone shopping area. It is very close to the Telekom shop and dischem

  As I parked, a very friendly man called Theuns greeted me at my car. This was an unexpected cost and I explained it to him, and I really appreciated that he didn't try push more products/services other than what I needed.
  
  There's also a nice area for customers to wait while their car is worked on with a big window so you can see what is being done to your car. The great coffee is an added bonus.

  Attendants are knowledgeable and helpful. Tyre changes were a quick and painless experience. Tea and coffee available while you wait inside the reception area.

  My car battery died and Tsepho was hugely helpful and accommodating. He came to my house and changed my battery, and the price was excellent. I will definitely use TWT Melrose in future
