This is so disappointing and not acceptable. Gave in my car for minor hail damage last week Friday 2 March 2018. My vehicle has not even gone to the spray booth yet and today is the 14 March 2018. This is such an inconvenience to your customers. Very unhappy

They have been sending me emails and SMSs saying my car has entered a repair stageetc. yet the car is in my possession. I have decided that I am going to change the panel beater as this is a sign of incompetence. I hope they did not submit the invoice to my insurance

Worst place to send ur car they had my car for 2 months my radio was stolen and alignement is out on the assembly of the parts airbag light stays on they lie and they just want more money the further they go on with a vichill but there is no progress they just mess around
